What We Do:

Bookkeeping and expert consulting services to non-profit and tax exempt clients. Our simple flat retainer package is all inclusive, providing general ledger bookkeeping, GAAP audit support, 990 prep, payroll, budgeting, accounts payable and receivable systems, grant tracking, and general business consulting.

Who We Serve:

We work exclusively with small-to-medium sized non-profits that expend 200k+ annually, and/or need to pass third party CPA financial audit. We work primarily with 501c3 public charity, 501c4 social welfare, and 527 political organizations.

Who We Are

Jack Mesplay, EA is responsible for most of our accounting technical work, and is the primary day-to-day contact for all of our clients. He is an IRS Enrolled Agent and has an accounting degree from Portland State University. In past professional lives Jack was a primary school educator, an executive director, and a full time campground host.

Madi Goldsmith is responsible for most of our monthly accounting close processes and report creation. She has a business management degree from Portland State University and lives in Orlando, FL with her spouse and dog. Madi is pursuing an advance degree in non-profit administration to round out her ample experience in tax and admin.

Zach Olson is responsible for most of our daily bookkeeping, data processing, transaction entries, cash reconciliations, and account troubleshooting. He has an associates degree from Mount Hood Community College, and an unmatched can-do spirit. Before coming to SIA Zach's interest and professional experience was in technical theatre.
