These Terms of Service govern your use of SIA Books (the "App"), accessible at app.socialimpactaccounting.com, operated by Social Impact Accounting ("we," "us," or "our").

Eligibility: Access to SIA Books is limited to clients of Social Impact Accounting who have been explicitly authorized. Unauthorized access is strictly prohibited.

Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict of law principles.
